Our stunning cocktail bar, The Vault, with its warm and intimate atmosphere, offers the perfect setting for winding down at the end of a long day of meetings, or for enjoying the sunset over the north lawn while raising a celebratory glass. Now available for private hire and infused with history and luxury, The Vault is the perfect spot for any special occasion.
Please note that due to the upscale atmosphere of our cocktail bar, we do not allow dogs or muddy boots inside the premises

Fresh perspective, classic recipes
We serve every drink with a side of history. Always sourced from local and seasonal ingredients, our signature cocktails tell stories of the rich history of the house. Past drinks have included The Figaroni, naturally sweetened with honey from bees in our gardens, honey being a great favourite of Elizabeth I who spent her youth at Ashridge House. Menus change regularly to reflect seasonal ingredients.

Craft beer on tap
Our craft beer suppliers are Crate Brewery, from Hackney Wick, East London and Purity Brewing Co, from Warwickshire, two beloved and sustainable breweries in the UK. We feature some of their most popular and flavoursome beers, all made consciously and responsibly in some of the World's most sustainable kits.
